Farewell lunch from 2:15 p.m. |
On behalf of Altium, we would like to cordially invite you to a practical workshop that will be held on November 14th, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
"Introduction to the use of high-resolution mass spectrometry coupled with liquid chromatography in qualitative biological and chemical analyses"
Leader: Dr. Łukasz Nowicki, Head of the Application Laboratory.
During the workshop, participants will become familiar with:
We cordially invite you to take part in the workshop organized on November 14th, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. by Bioanalytic:
„A complete solution for omics workflows?”
Speakers: Dr. Rafał Szewczyk, Dr. Adrian Soboń
The workshop will cover the following topics:
· Benefits of modern high resolution mass spectrometry including: high speed scanning, Zeno-trapping and EAD fragmentation combined with broad linear dynamic range used in quantitation and profiling,
· Use of high resolution mass spectrometry in metabolomics, lipidomics and proteomics – software tools for data processing, reporting and pathway mapping,
For those interested – hands-on presentation in the application laboratory in Łódź – Q&A discussion and a little refreshment (we arrange the transfer by bus).
Bioanalytic Workshop is divided into:
