We cordially invite you to take part in the workshop organized on November 14th, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. by Bioanalytic:

„A complete solution for omics workflows?”

Speakers: Dr. Rafał Szewczyk, Dr. Adrian Soboń

The workshop will cover the following topics:

·       Benefits of modern high resolution mass spectrometry including: high speed scanning, Zeno-trapping and EAD fragmentation combined with broad linear dynamic range used in quantitation and profiling,

·       Use of high resolution mass spectrometry in metabolomics, lipidomics and proteomics – software tools for data processing, reporting and pathway mapping,

For those interested – hands-on presentation in the application laboratory in Łódź – Q&A discussion and a little refreshment (we arrange the transfer by bus).

Bioanalytic Workshop is divided into:

  1. Theoretical part (conference venue) 2:00pm-4:30pm
  2. Practical part (LabExperts Laboratory ul. Sokola 14, we provide bus transfer) 4:30pm-6:00pm - practical part is limited to 15 participants (the order of applications will be decisive).
